Founded in 1912, the Penn Lambda Chapter has been proud to be a distinguished part of Penn State's history. More then 1,500 young men have been initiated into the chapter and in less than 2 years the chapter will celebrate is 100th anniversary. The current chapter facility was built in 1923 and is one of the older Greek houses on campus. The campaign plans call for a complete renovation of the facility including new electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. Additionally, all the exterior windows and doors will be replaced and the facility's facade will be restored. The overall project objective is to maintain the structure's architectural character while providing the necessary functional space and updates so the property is competitive and relevant in today's collegiate environment.
