Established in 1880, the Ohio Delta Chapter has maintained its current chapter facility since the turn of the 20th century. An addition to the facility was completed in the 1960's and an adjacent home was purchased as the Honors Lodge in late 2003. Today, the facility is undergoing a full-scale renovation which will address the future needs of undergraduate and alumni members. The project has been structured such that the facility will maintain its current architectural integrity while offering the competitive living-learning environment afforded through the University and by other Greek chapters.
